Aged  51, served as general manager of Hunan Hengshao Expressway CompanyLimited*(湖南衡邵高公路有限公司)(a subsidiary of Shandong Hi-Speed CompanyLimited*(L山東高速股份有限公司) ("Shandong Hi-Speed", a company whose shares arelisted on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (Security Code: 600350)) from June 2013 to June2016, where he took overall charge of operations and management.
